Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Indiamart Pharma Lead Picker website, extension, and device activation service.

Product purpose

The extension assists users in filtering and opening IndiaMART buyer leads according to settings selected by the user. It does not guarantee lead availability, buyer responses, sales, revenue, or uninterrupted access to third-party services.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, IndiaMART terms, account rules, messaging requirements, and anti-spam obligations. The extension must not be used for unlawful access, misleading communication, harassment, or abusive automation.

Activation

Activation keys are generated for the Device ID entered during checkout. Users must verify the Device ID before payment. A key generated for one Device ID may not activate a different installation or device.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Activation is delivered only after the server verifies a captured payment. Failed, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or unverified payments do not qualify for activation.

Third-party service

IndiaMART and Razorpay are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. This product is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by IndiaMART.

Availability and changes

Website structures and third-party APIs may change. Features may be updated, limited, or discontinued to maintain security, compliance, and compatibility.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided without guarantees regarding business outcomes or continuous compatibility. Users remain responsible for reviewing actions performed through their accounts.

Support

For activation or transaction assistance, use the support channel provided during purchase and include the Device ID and Razorpay payment identifier. Do not send card, UPI PIN, OTP, or banking credentials.
